6. Service Availability & Performance

MailRouteX does not guarantee:

  • Specific inbox placement

  • Open rates, click rates, or conversions

  • Uninterrupted service at all times

Performance variations, deliverability issues, or campaign results do not qualify for refunds.

8. Chargeback Prevention & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider without first contacting MailRouteX support to attempt resolution.

  • For services already delivered or made accessible

  • Acceptance of Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy

to contest chargebacks or disputes.

8.5. Service-Based Charges Are Non-Reversible

You acknowledge that MailRouteX provides digital, infrastructure-based services that are provisioned immediately upon payment.
As such, all charges are considered earned upon payment and are non-reversible.

If fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected, MailRouteX reserves the right to:

  • Report activity to payment processors
